What to Expect with Our School-Age Day Care Program
Times are challenging, particularly for parents of elementary-age children. That’s where Celebree School of Woodstock’s new day care program comes in. Through our program, your child will continue to meet milestones and grow academically and socially, in a safe environment. We follow mandates created by the Maryland State Department of Education and also offer:
- Class sizes limited to 14 students and one teacher.
- A personal locker to provide your child with a place to store their belongings.
- A private work station that enables them to focus and complete their work.
- A personal supply basket on their work station, so they can easily access pencils, colored pencils, a sharpener, crayons, scissors, a ruler and more.
While Celebree School of Woodstock provides many essentials, we do require parents to send in a laptop or tablet, as well as headphones and a charger. That way, your child can log onto their school’s learning platform in a way that’s both quiet and comfortable for them. In addition, children should also bring in any other school-specific materials they need, such as a binder, notebooks or calculator.
Keeping Children Safe in Our Woodstock Day Care
At Celebree School of Woodstock, our goal with this new day care program is to help your child continue to learn in a safe setting. You can count on us to take daily temperatures, promote physical distancing and regular hand washing, and require teachers to wear face coverings. Throughout the day, we also routinely clean and sanitize every room, play area and high touch surface to create the healthiest environment possible.
Together, we’ll work with your child to keep them on track, so they’re learning without interruption despite this year’s new demands. This school-age day care program is offered in:
