What to Expect with Our School-Age Day Care Program
Celebree School of Ellicott City is dedicated to giving your child a safe, educational, and fun-filled day care environment where they can complete their school work each day. Our program serves families who are trying to balance many unexpected and new demands. We believe that by working together, we can make the year ahead a little easier and more enjoyable for your child.
Our program follows mandates from the Maryland State Department of Education and offers:
- Class sizes no larger than 14 students and one teacher.
- A personal locker and workstation to give your child privacy and an uninterrupted space in which to learn.
- A personal basket of supplies on their work station, including pencils, a sharpener, a ruler, colored pencils, crayons, scissors, and Post-it notes.
While we’ll provide many essentials, we do ask that you send in your child’s tablet or laptop, along with a charger and headphones they’re comfortable using. They can then access their school’s online learning platform in a way that’s quiet and convenient. We also ask that you send in any other school supplies your child will need during the day, such as notebooks, folders or a calculator.
