Celebree’s 12 Guiding Principles were created by our first ever Leadership Academy and describe the behaviors that show up on a daily basis in our centers. These are the behaviors that our children, parents, vendors and coworkers should witness consistently. From those 12 guiding principles, one is featured every month. Each month, a winner is chosen from those who receive acknowledgement from their team members.

Here are the guiding principles that will be in focus this spring:

  • March – Create an educational environment conducive to each student’s learning style.
  • April – Foster long term relationships.
  • May – Practice Conscious Discipline.

Debbie joined Celebree Learning Centers in 2005. In addition to providing exceptional feedback on each child’s day, she personally contacts parents on a regular basis to keep them informed and the lines of communication working.
