What to Expect with Our School-Age Day Care Program
Celebree School of Eldersburg’s school-age day care program is designed to meet today’s new demands. It ensures your son or daughter gets support and guidance from teachers in a focused and educational setting. It also follows guidelines created by the Maryland State Department of Education and offers:
- Small class sizes with a limit of 14 students per class, along with one teacher.
- A personal locker to give your child their own private space to store items, just as they would have in school.
- A private work station that ensures your child is able to get their work done in a quiet area without disturbances.
- A personal supply basket right on their work station that includes pencils, a sharpener, crayons, colored pencils, scissors, a ruler and more.
While Celebree School of Eldersburg will provide a range of supplies to your child, we do ask that you send in items particular to their specific needs, such as a laptop or tablet, along with a charger and headphones. This way, your son or daughter can access their school’s online learning platform, without issue, quietly and comfortably. We also ask you to provide any specific materials your child might need during the day, such as a calculator or notebooks.
Keeping Children Safe in Our Eldersburg Day Care
At Celebree School of Eldersburg, we’re working with parents, schools and community stakeholders to ensure families have a safe day care setting for their children during the school year ahead. You can count on us to screen every child and staff member daily for their temperatures, follow social distancing guidelines, promote healthy hand hygiene, and require that teachers wear face coverings. We also regularly clean and sanitize every classroom, along with high touch surfaces, throughout the day.
