What to Expect with Our School-Age Day Care Program
Just because this year is dramatically different than previous ones doesn’t mean your child’s growth or development should be interrupted. With Celebree School of Severna Park’s new day care program, we can help your virtual learner keep up with their school work in a setting where they’re happy and safe. Our program follows guidelines from the Maryland State Department of Education and also offers:
- Class sizes limited to 14 students and one teacher.
- A personal locker so your child has a place to keep their belongings.
- A private work station, giving your son or daughter a quiet space to concentrate and complete their work.
- A basket of supplies on their work station filled with pencils, colored pencils, a sharpener, crayons, a ruler, scissors and more.
Celebree School of Severna Park is excited to offer this new day care program to enable children and families to manage more easily through this unique school year. While we provide many essentials, we do ask that you send in your child’s laptop or tablet, along with a charger, headphones and any other specific supplies your son or daughter might need to get their school work done.
Keeping Children Safe in Our Severna Park Day Care
Celebree School of Severna Park’s day care program gives school-age children an educational and nurturing atmosphere that also puts safety first. We ensure temperatures are checked daily, promote proper hand washing and physical distancing, and require that teachers wear face coverings. In addition, we regularly clean and sanitize classrooms and high touch surfaces throughout the day.
