Nishant and Ranju Gupta are the owner-operators of the Celebree School of North Potomac. Nishant and Ranju are both Maryland natives, and are proud University of Maryland, College Park graduates (go Terps!). Upon graduation, Nishant gained his MBA and worked for many years in the corporate business arena while Ranju furthered her education to pursue a career in dentistry.
In 2015, Nishant and Ranju got married and a few years later, decided it was time to grow their family. They welcomed their daughters in 2019 and 2020. After having two daughters of their own, they have come to appreciate the importance of early childhood education and the impact of a stable “community” really hits home. Their daughters have quickly become the inspiration behind their Celebree school. They strive to create a safe space for families where everyone feels welcomed and supported, all while creating an environment “to protect educate and nurture.”
Nishant and Ranju have deep roots in Montgomery County and hope to continue that tradition as they raise their daughters. They’ve always envisioned raising and educating their family in Montgomery County, all while continuing to pursue their own career goals. As Montgomery County continues to grow with young, working families, they recognize and understand that there are many parents in similar situations. Nishant and Ranju’s goal is to provide families with an early education experience and childcare program that is based on proven educational methods delivered by well-trained teachers all conveniently located in the heart of Montgomery County.
Nishant will be actively involved in all operations of Celebree School of North Potomac and is thrilled to be able to utilize both his personal and professional background to serve local families and promote a healthy, safe and FUN environment for children and adults alike. As parents of little ones, Nishant and Ranju firmly believe there is nothing more important than family; and, at Celebree School of North Potomac, we strive to make our entire community feel at home.
Ranju will continue her career as a dentist in Montgomery County. Although you may not see her daily, her office is only a few miles away and she will be in for a lot of surprise visits! She will also be very involved behind the scenes helping to maintain our connection to the community and our Celebree family!
In their spare time, Nishant and Ranju enjoy just being with their family. They are lucky to have a lot of family close by- so free time is usually filled with a lot of great food, family time and ALOT of laughs.

With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and organizational leadership, Taheerah B. has built a career centered on strengthening school systems, developing leaders, and elevating program quality.
With previous experience as a Regional Executive Director in the early childhood education field, Taheerah provided strategic oversight to multiple campuses and coached School Directors to strengthen operational systems, improve instructional consistency, grow enrollment, and maintain regulatory excellence. Her regional leadership focused on developing strong leaders, building sustainable systems, and ensuring high-quality program delivery across school communities.
Taheerah also owned and operated an early learning program for seven years before pivoting her work to focus on teacher training and parent coaching. This entrepreneurial experience deepened her operational insight and reinforced her belief that exceptional schools are built through empowered educators, confident families, and intentional leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Early Childhood Education from Howard University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. Taheerah is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is passionate about advancing best practices across the early childhood field.
A dedicated student of Conscious Discipline, Taheerah believes strongly in the power of intentional relationships in shaping children’s lives. She continuously studies and applies its principles in her work, helping educators and caregivers understand the lifelong impact of responsive guidance, emotional safety, and mindful communication.
As a mother of three sons, Taheerah brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work. She remains deeply committed to ensuring that every child experiences a nurturing, high-quality learning environment that supports their growth, confidence, and future success.
Jaida “Reed” Hinojosa serves as the Assistant Director at Celebree School of North Potomac. With over seven years of experience in early childhood education and two years in administration, Reed is dedicated to supporting children, families, and staff while fostering a positive and engaging school environment.
She holds an associate degree in General Studies with a STEM focus and is currently preparing to continue her education by pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Reed is committed to ongoing professional growth and to ensuring high-quality learning experiences for every child.
Reed is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive community where children feel valued and are encouraged to grow socially, emotionally, and academically while celebrating their unique strengths.
Outside of school, she enjoys spending time outdoors and finding new hiking trails.
