My passion for working with children began at the age of 13 when I started volunteering with youth programs in my community. As I grew older, I continued building experience through a variety of childcare and educational roles, including running summer camp programs for Montgomery County Public Schools, interning in public school classrooms, and spending several years as a nanny.
I have dedicated the last 12 years to growing my career with Celebree School, beginning as a Pre-K teacher and progressing through leadership roles including Assistant Director, School Director, and now District Director. Throughout my journey, I have remained committed to supporting children, families, and educators while fostering high-quality early childhood education programs.
I earned my Associate’s Degree from Frederick Community College in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor’s Degree from Frostburg State University. Over the years, I have been honored to lead award-winning schools, support the professional growth of countless educators, and help create environments where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What Inspires My Passion for Early Childhood Education
What inspires me most about early childhood education is the incredible opportunity we have to shape a child’s future during their most formative years. The relationships built between children, families, and educators create a foundation that extends far beyond the classroom. Watching children gain confidence, discover their strengths, and develop a lifelong love of learning is one of the most rewarding aspects of this work.

From my very first day, I felt connected to the organization’s focus on nurturing not only children but also families and team members. Goals and Focus in My Current Role
As District Director, my focus is on developing strong leaders, building high-performing teams, and ensuring every school provides exceptional experiences for children and families. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring school leaders, creating consistency across our schools, and helping each location reach its fullest potential. Ultimately, my goal is to support environments where children, families, and educators can all succeed.
Fun Facts
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, baking, crafting, and spending time with my husband and our three children. Creativity has always been an important part of my life, and I love making handmade items in my spare time. As a proud IVF mom to twins, I have a deep appreciation for the many unique journeys families take. One of my favorite parts of my career is building meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members, many of whom have become lifelong friends.
Hello! My name is Georgia, and I’m proud to serve as the School Director at the Celebree School of Perry Hall. I’ve been a part of the Celebree family since May 2019, beginning my journey as a Lead Teacher in the classroom.
I chose Celebree because I believe deeply in the impact educators have on the lives of children. Watching each child grow, develop, and reach their milestones is not just rewarding—it’s my passion. As School Director, I’m committed to delivering the Celebree School mission of protecting, educating, and nurturing every child in our care. That is my promise to your family.
I hold all the necessary certifications to serve as a qualified Director, and I work every day to foster a supportive and enriching environment for both children and staff.
Something you might not know about me: in my free time, I love giving back to the community by coaching a local recreational softball team. It’s another way I get to encourage growth, teamwork, and confidence in young people.
I have been with Celebree Schools since December of 2023. I have a bachelor of Science in Childhood Education Grades 1st – 6th Grades. I currently hold Certifications in: First Aid & CPR, Breastfeeding, Developmental Screening, Basic health and Safety, SIDS, ADA, Infant & Toddlers, Preschool and School Age Programs. I also have my Director Certification completed in December 2024. I chose to work with children because education and guiding our youth has been my passion for the past 15 years. Helping provide next generations with knowledge and adventure is what I strive for. Something you may not know about me is that I am from the Bronx, New York. I am Bilingual. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I am excited to be a part of the Perry Hall Team! My promise is to Provide an exceptional parent and child experience in my school every day!
