Preschool Programs in Perry Hall: Combining Education and Fun

As a parent, you want a preschool learning environment where your child is safe, nurtured, and treated like family. You’ll find it at Celebree School® of Perry Hall. With our preschool programs, we’ve created a special place where your child will love to learn. As a result, they’ll feel confident to explore, comfortable to share, and ready to grow, putting them on a path toward success in kindergarten and beyond.
At Celebree School of Perry Hall, you’ll gain access to preschool programs that place a focus on the whole child: academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. We go beyond teaching math and literacy skills to also fostering a strong sense of community, self-respect, respect for others, and cooperation. This is all provided in an environment that’s fun and hands-on; where children are encouraged to imagine, create, and discover. It’s this balanced and multifaceted approach that will keep your child engaged and on track as they move toward that first big day of kindergarten.
Our Perry Hall Preschool Programs Promote Kindergarten Readiness
It seems like just yesterday you were watching your infant or toddler learning new things. Now your child is getting ready to take that next big leap, transitioning to kindergarten. At Celebree School of Perry Hall, they’ll build the foundation they need to embark on that path successfully.
Through our preschool programs, we aim is to cultivate independent learners. To do that, our teachers will identify where your child is developmentally, so we can meet their instructional needs effectively. We also use the Work Sampling System and individual portfolios to regularly monitor their progress in areas such as:
- Fine and gross motor skills
- Literacy and language skills
- Social and self-help skills
- Phonetic awareness in reading, math and science
At Celebree School of Perry Hall, our preschool programs are open to two, three, four and five-year-olds. They follow the Maryland Early Learning Standards, which define the key aspects of development and learning. Once your child turns three, they’ll be assessed under the Standards’ Seven Domains of Learning, which evaluate readiness in areas including social development, literacy and language, mathematical thinking, and more. We also follow the Delaware Child Care Act for Early Care and Education, which promotes the health, safety, and well-being of every child in our care.
