I am a dedicated early childhood education leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating high-quality learning environments for young children. I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development, providing a strong foundation for my passion for early childhood leadership.
My career with Celebree Schools began in 2011 as a classroom teacher at the Ellicott City school. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I advanced into a Mentor Teacher role at the Carney school before being promoted to Assistant Director and later Director, leading both the Eldersburg and Hampstead schools.
I am a true example of Celebree’s Grow BIG initiative. My dedication to personal and professional development led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for Celebree Schools in 2024, where I partnered with schools to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Most recently, I was promoted to District Director for the Green District, where I continue to support school leaders and teams in achieving excellence.
I am currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education and have over 14 years of experience working in the childcare field. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep passion for supporting young children as they learn, grow, and reach new developmental milestones.
I chose to join Celebree School because of the organization’s commitment to growth and development, for both children and educators. Celebree has provided me with the opportunity to advance from a teacher to an Operations Support Manager and now to a Director.
In my current role, my goal is to provide strong leadership and support to both teachers and children, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. I look forward to continuing my professional growth and contributing to the success of our center and community.
I have four years of experience in education and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wilmington University.
My passion for childcare and early childhood education was inspired by my kindergarten teacher, Ms. Cooper, who made a great imprint on my childhood. I’ve always had a close relationship with my nieces and nephews, which grew into a passion to help shape minds and now lead educators as they shape little minds.
I chose to join Celebree School because I’d hope to continue to grow into the best inspiration for both children and educators. In my current role as the Assistant Director, I focus on creating a loving, nurturing, warm, and safe environment for staff, children, and families.
A fun fact about me is that outside of work, I love to cook, bake, and travel to tropical climates.
