I am a dedicated early childhood education leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating high-quality learning environments for young children. I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development, providing a strong foundation for my passion for early childhood leadership.
My career with Celebree Schools began in 2011 as a classroom teacher at the Ellicott City school. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I advanced into a Mentor Teacher role at the Carney school before being promoted to Assistant Director and later Director, leading both the Eldersburg and Hampstead schools.
I am a true example of Celebree’s Grow BIG initiative. My dedication to personal and professional development led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for Celebree Schools in 2024, where I partnered with schools to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Most recently, I was promoted to District Director for the Green District, where I continue to support school leaders and teams in achieving excellence.
Hello! I’m Kaelin, the Assistant School Director at Celebree School of Chester Springs.
I have been with Celebree Schools since August of 2026. I have a Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, and have worked in early education since 2018.
I chose to work with children because I love seeing the moment things “click” and a child learns a new skill. I also enjoy that no day is the same!
I chose to join Celebree because of the core values and alignment with my own educational philosophy. My goal is to build our school community and provide an exceptional parent and child experience every day.
Something that you may not know about me is that I have an 8-year-old parrot named Sherbert!
