I am a dedicated early childhood education leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating high-quality learning environments for young children. I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development, providing a strong foundation for my passion for early childhood leadership.
My career with Celebree Schools began in 2011 as a classroom teacher at the Ellicott City school. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I advanced into a Mentor Teacher role at the Carney school before being promoted to Assistant Director and later Director, leading both the Eldersburg and Hampstead schools.
I am a true example of Celebree’s Grow BIG initiative. My dedication to personal and professional development led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for Celebree Schools in 2024, where I partnered with schools to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Most recently, I was promoted to District Director for the Green District, where I continue to support school leaders and teams in achieving excellence.
My name is Kelly and I serve as the School Director at Celebree School of Chester Springs, bringing a wealth of experience in early childhood education, youth development, and leadership. I hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s in Communications/Journalism. My journey with Celebree School began in franchise schools before transitioning to the corporate side of the organization, where I continue to support and advance Celebree’s mission.
I chose to join Celebree School because of my strong alignment with the company’s mission, values, and commitment to making a positive impact on children, families, and team members. Prior to joining Celebree, I worked as both a preschool teacher and director and spent more than a decade serving youth through the nonprofit sector.
I often joke that I can’t imagine going to work each day without being surrounded by children. Their energy, joy, and curiosity bring meaning and fulfillment to every day. Equally important to me is the opportunity to mentor and develop early childhood professionals. I’m deeply passionate about helping educators grow in their careers and firmly believe in Celebree School’s promise of “Growing People BIG.”
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time at home with my three children and can often be found immersed in a good book. I’m excited to continue my journey with Celebree School of Chester Springs and looks forward to supporting the growth and success of the children, families, and team members who make up the school community.
