My name is Tinesha and I’ll be joining the Chester Springs Celebree School as the School Director.
I have my bachelor’s degree in Child, Youth & Family Studies. Working with children has always been my passion. I started out volunteering very young at church. I’ve now been in Childcare Leadership roles for over 12 years. I absolutely love what I do! I pride myself on ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the center run smoothly, safely, and provide the highest quality of care possible.
In my spare time I like doing outdoor activities with my family, watching movies, and eating tacos. I am so excited to be joining the Celebree School family! I look forward to fostering great relationships with you all and working together to grow this center to its highest potential. Many things are to come, and I can’t wait to get started! I can’t wait to meet you all!
Hi! I’m Nikolai, the Assistant Director at Celebree School of Chester Springs.
I’ve been in Early Childhood Education for about eight years now, and honestly, I can’t imagine doing anything else. Supporting children, families, and teachers is something that brings me a lot of joy, and it’s the kind of work that never stops inspiring me.
Growing up, I was that kid who loved going to school. I looked up to my teachers so much, and even back then, I knew I wanted to be someone who could make children feel supported and excited to learn. That early love for school really shaped who I am today and is a big reason why I’m so passionate about ECE.
I chose Celebree School because it just felt right. The curriculum is meaningful; the culture is positive, and the company truly invests in people, both children and adults. It’s a place where growth is encouraged, support is real, and everyone is working toward the same goal: giving children the best possible start.
In my role now, I focus on building strong relationships with families, creating a fun and positive school environment, and coaching our amazing teachers so they feel confident and appreciated. My goal is always to make sure our school feels like a welcoming place where everyone thrives.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner, my family, and my dog. When the weather is nice, you’ll probably find me at Marsh Creek taking a walk and clearing my mind. It’s one of my favorite ways to unwind.
