But you also want a school that is rooted in solid values of respect for others, confidence building, and global awareness. You can find all of that at Celebree School of Carney.

Our classrooms are age-based, and each teacher has a curriculum built around markers for developmental growth that include physical, social, and emotional goals. Our teachers are actively engaged with your child each day and provide updates on achievements, activities, and the day’s adventures. We also provide semi-annual parent teacher conferences where you can get a more in-depth look at your child’s development.

Additionally, we encourage not only group work with the children in the classroom, but also the larger community. We strive to develop your child’s awareness of the local community in Carney and also in the larger global community to which we all contribute. This well-rounded and holistic approach to education helps us to build responsible, self-assured children who look forward to a lifetime love of learning.

About Our Child Care Curriculum

At Celebree School of Carney, our approach to early childhood education is a holistic one. Our child care curriculum is purposeful. It follows the Maryland Early Learning Standards that defines the key aspects of development and learning that include: Language and Literacy, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Health, Physical Education, Fine Arts, and Social Foundations.

While the lessons are designed to adhere to these child care curriculum specifications, they are also designed to be engaging and fun, so children learn to love learning!

Our team of educators are devoted to children and to early childhood education. That is why the Celebree School also bases our child care curriculum on the Seven Domains of Learning which address the physical, social, emotional and academic needs of children. We also place significant emphasis on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) concepts, preparing your child for their future academic success.
