I am a dedicated early childhood education leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating high-quality learning environments for young children. I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development, providing a strong foundation for my passion for early childhood leadership.
My career with Celebree Schools began in 2011 as a classroom teacher at the Ellicott City school. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I advanced into a Mentor Teacher role at the Carney school before being promoted to Assistant Director and later Director, leading both the Eldersburg and Hampstead schools.
I am a true example of Celebree’s Grow BIG initiative. My dedication to personal and professional development led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for Celebree Schools in 2024, where I partnered with schools to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Most recently, I was promoted to District Director for the Green District, where I continue to support school leaders and teams in achieving excellence.
I have been with Celebree Schools since May of 2025. I am a certified teacher. I also have certifications in First Aid & CPR, Basic Health & Safety and ADA. I have a passion for providing families an exceptional educational experience. The feeling of helping a family find a school for their child that feels safe, loving and like home is truly special.
Although I started my career at Celebree as a teacher, I am now the Experience Director at Celebree School of Annapolis.
I chose to work at Celebree because of their values and the standards that they have for childcare. My goal is to create a welcoming school where all children are welcome to thrive and grow in their education.
Some fun facts about me are that I love all things Disney and I have a daughter who is my reason for everything I do!
I have been with Celebree School since October 2018. I have an Associates Degree and I am qualified as an Infant/Toddler, Preschool and School Age Teacher as well as an Assistant Director. I currently hold certifications in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.
To me, one of the most rewarding parts of working with children is seeing the joy on their faces when they learn or accomplish something new for the first time, and getting to share in that excitement with their parents. Being able to play a role in those special moments is something I truly value.
Something you may not know about me is that I come from a huge family! I have 15 brothers and sisters and over 30 nieces and nephews, so family has always been a very important part of my life.
I’m so glad to be a part of the Annapolis team and look forward to building meaningful relationships with our children and families. My promise is to provide an exceptional parent and child experience our school every day!
