Aiman Siddiqui is an owner at Celebree School of Alexandria. Aiman studied Latin American Literature at the University of Maryland – College Park before going on to pursue a career in manufacturing. During her time in college, she was part of the national service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega (APO) and a volunteer with CASA de Maryland. After having her son in 2023, Aiman found herself in the intersection of language, learning and motherhood as part of a proudly multicultural family. She is passionate about service and creating spaces that inspire children to be confident in their ability to be lifelong learners, knowing that there is always a path to grow – big or small.
Ana is a native of southern Maryland and has worked with children in some capacity for the last 15 years; 10 of those years being in a licensed facility as an administrator. Ana brings to Celebree School a wealth of knowledge within the childcare field, and she is most excited to get to know, learn and continue her journey here.
Ana has a bachelor’s degree from Bennett College, where her major was biology and chemistry. Since her time at Bennett, she has progressed and found her niche in the childcare field. Over the last ten years she has quickly moved her way from assistant teacher to director all while taking many early education courses along the way. She furthered her education and received her master’s degree in education in 2023.
Ana has a huge passion for children and learning, which is evident in her full of life spirit. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her godchildren and she is a big fan of traveling the world looking for new experiences, both near and far. She is ready to hit the ground running and is excited for all that Celebree School has to offer. She is thrilled to get to know all of the students, parents / staff and looking forward to being of service to families.
Tatiana Pitcher is a passionate and committed educator with over seven years of experience in early childhood and elementary education. A proud native of the area, Tatiana began her teaching journey in preschool programs, where she developed a love for nurturing young learners during their most formative years. She has since gone on to teach kindergarten, first grade, and second grade in both independent and early learning settings, including at schools accredited by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
In addition to classroom teaching, Tatiana has worked in scholarship-based enrichment programs that support high-potential students from under-resourced communities in accessing elite educational opportunities. Her work is grounded in a deep belief in educational equity and the power of early learning to shape confident, curious, and capable children.
Tatiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently earning her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), staying current with best practices in the field.
Outside the classroom, Tatiana has lead student leadership programs and coached youth volleyball. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and working out, as well as spending time with her community. Her teaching is guided by warmth, structure, and the belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and inspired.
