I have been with Celebree Schools since November 2007 and hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am qualified to serve as a Director and teach children of all ages. Additionally, I hold certifications in First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Emergency Preparedness.
I chose to work with children because I love witnessing their growth and learning journeys. A little-known fact about me is that I have three children of my own, and all of them attended Celebree throughout their preschool years.
I am committed to ensuring an exceptional experience for both parents and children at my school every day!
Hello, my name is Taylor, and I am honored to serve as the School Director at Celebree School of Tech Court.
My journey with Celebree began in 2017 as a parent, when my daughter entered the two’s program. In 2019, after a career in the medical field, I made the decision to join the Celebree team as an Infant Aide. Very quickly, I discovered the profound impact early childhood education has on children and families, and I knew I had found my true calling. Within a year, I advanced to an Infant Lead Teacher, which inspired me to shift my degree path from nursing to early childhood education. In 2022, I graduated from Carroll Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching across all age groups—from infants through school age—which has given me a broad perspective on child development and learning. In 2023, I grew into an Assistant Director role, and in 2024, I proudly stepped into my current role as School Director here at Tech Court.
As a leader, my top priority is to ensure that every child in our care is safe, loved, and engaged in meaningful learning each day. I am deeply committed to bridging the home–school connection, strengthening partnerships with families, and fostering a school culture grounded in trust, community, and high standards of excellence. Equally important to me is supporting and empowering the educators on our team. I believe that when we invest in our teachers, they in turn are able to pour into our children with even greater care, passion, and purpose.
Outside of my professional role, I am a wife and proud mother of three. My family and I love spending time outdoors, visiting extended family, and keeping up with our weekly tradition of themed Friday movie nights which is a highlight of my week!
