I have been with Celebree Schools since November 2007 and hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am qualified to serve as a Director and teach children of all ages. Additionally, I hold certifications in First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Emergency Preparedness.
I chose to work with children because I love witnessing their growth and learning journeys. A little-known fact about me is that I have three children of my own, and all of them attended Celebree throughout their preschool years.
I am committed to ensuring an exceptional experience for both parents and children at my school every day!
Hi, I’m Samantha, the School Director at the Celebree School of Westminster. I’ve been a part of the Celebree family since 2013 which is where my passion for early childhood education began. I started with Celebree as a classroom sub/aide and soon after became certified as a teacher in all age groups. I was promoted to Assistant Director in 2021 which is when I joined the Westminster family. I hold an AA in general studies, and I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s in early childhood and special education at Towson University. My favorite part of being part of the Celebree family is the culture, forming strong bonds with the families’ children and staff in a place that feels like my second home.
Working with young children provides a unique opportunity to positively influence the lives of future generations. I am committed to making a lasting impact through my work in early childhood education. Above all, my work in early childhood education brings me profound personal fulfillment and a deep sense of purpose. I find joy and meaning in nurturing the next generation, contributing to society in a meaningful way, and laying the foundation for a brighter future for all children. The Celebree motto, “We grow people big and small,” resonates deeply with me, as it aligns perfectly with the philosophy that has driven my entire career.
I graduated from Gettysburg College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and have been working in the childcare field ever since. I joined Celebree School in January 2023 and quickly found my professional home in early childhood education. I discovered my passion for working with children because I leave each day feeling like I have made a meaningful difference in their lives. There is nothing more fulfilling than being part of such an important and formative time in a child’s development.
I chose to join Celebree School because of the supportive, growth-focused culture that encourages team members to learn, develop, and thrive. Celebree School truly does grow people big and small. In my current role, I especially enjoy planning and hosting fun school events, with the goal of creating welcoming, joyful experiences not only for our enrolled families but also for families in the surrounding community. A fun fact about me is I spent six months living in Spain during college and loved traveling throughout Europe and experiencing new cultures.
