Celebree School of South Tampa is proudly owned by Nassouri and Catrina Brown, two dedicated professionals committed to creating an inspiring, safe environment where young learners can thrive.
Nassouri Brown, a Clinical Pharmacist with over 15 years of experience, holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy and an MBA from Shenandoah University. His dedication to excellence has earned him recognition from TRICARE, the American Health Council, and other esteemed organizations. Now, he brings his commitment to quality and care to the families of South Tampa.
Catrina Lupian Brown, with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, has spent over a decade helping children of all ages discover their potential. Her passion for early learning, combined with her experience and warm approach, makes her a cherished leader at Celebree School.
Together, Nassouri and Catrina are excited to offer high-quality childcare in the Tampa community. Their goal is for Celebree School of South Tampa to be a positive, valued part of the community, providing exceptional early education and care for families who seek the best for their children.
Heidi has more than two decades of dedicated experience in early childhood education and brings a deep passion for foundational learning and child development to our school. Her journey in the classroom began as an assistant teacher, giving her a ground-level understanding of classroom dynamics, before she spent years inspiring young minds as a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) teacher. For the past 14 years, she has served as a School Director, combining her hands-on teaching background with strong leadership to create nurturing, high-quality learning environments.
Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education Studies with a specialized concentration in Early Childhood Development. She firmly believes that a child’s earliest years are the most critical for sparking lifelong curiosity, and she works closely with teachers and families to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Outside of the school, Heidi loves cultivating her own roots through gardening, getting lost in a good book, and cherishing quality time with her family.
Hi, I’m Bailey Assistant Director of Celebree School of South Tampa. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida, GO BULLS! I hold my Professional Teaching Certificate with the Florida Department of Education, as well as my Advanced Director’s Credential. I have been a teacher with Hillsborough County Public Schools since 2014 where I have taught Kindergarten, Head Start and Pre-K at several schools across the district. I previously held a position of Center Director for another childcare center in Hillsborough County. Early Childhood is and always has been my passion. I love being able to play a part in children’s growth and development.
When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, specifically my husband and son. I enjoy all things Disney and going to car shows with my family. I am excited to be joining the Celebree School of South Tampa family and look forward to working with you and your family.
