I am a dedicated early childhood education leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating high-quality learning environments for young children. I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development, providing a strong foundation for my passion for early childhood leadership.
My career with Celebree Schools began in 2011 as a classroom teacher at the Ellicott City school. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I advanced into a Mentor Teacher role at the Carney school before being promoted to Assistant Director and later Director, leading both the Eldersburg and Hampstead schools.
I am a true example of Celebree’s Grow BIG initiative. My dedication to personal and professional development led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for Celebree Schools in 2024, where I partnered with schools to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Most recently, I was promoted to District Director for the Green District, where I continue to support school leaders and teams in achieving excellence.
My name is Brendon and I have been with Celebree School since October of 2022. In my time at Celebree, I have grown big! I started as a lead teacher in Pre-K and School Age, became a Curriculum and Marketing Mentor, and am now an Assistant Director.
I have my certifications in Preschool, School Age, Director-Admin, Medication Administration, First Aid & CPR, Emergency Disaster and Preparedness, Inter-rater Reliability for Infants & Todds, 2s, and Preschool, Basic Health and Safety, and Including All Children and the ADA. I am in school to receive my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education.
I chose Celebree School because of their unique commitment to ‘Growing People Big and Small’, which means they pour into their team’s development. Before joining this field, I was a long-time barista and obsessed with anything coffee related. I live with my wife and my fifteen-year-old sphynx cat. We enjoy cooking, baking, writing, and all things art.
