Let’s launch their lifelong love of learning together. Contact us to visit Celebree School of Plano at Los Rios!
Prajakta and Deepti are the proud owners and operators of the Celebree School of Plano at Los Rios. Close friends for over 10 years, they are excited to grow their bond through their journey with Celebree. With strong corporate backgrounds, they bring a wealth of leadership and business expertise to their school.
Prajakta holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Texas, and has led an organization at a Fortune 500 semiconductor company as Sr. Business Line Director. Deepti earned her master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington and has managed large portfolios as a Sr. Manager at a leading healthcare company.
In addition to being accomplished professionals, both are also devoted mothers to 12-year-old daughters, who are best friends just like them. Their daughters have been the inspiration behind launching their own school, driven by a shared belief that every child deserves exceptional early education and care. To Prajakta and Deepti, this is more than a business; it is a mission to serve the community through high-quality, nurturing early childhood education.
They are proud to partner with Celebree School, whose values align with their own, particularly the philosophy of “Grow Big. Grow Small.” Together, they are committed to protecting, nurturing, and educating children while supporting staff and building a strong, connected school family.
Hi! I’m Ashton Melton, and I’m proud to serve as the Director at Celebree School of Plano Los Rios. I’ve been working in early childhood education for over ten years, with hands-on experience in every age group. For the past five years, I’ve focused on childcare administration, where I’ve found my true passion—connecting with families and building strong, supportive school communities.
I hold a Texas Director’s License through Texas A&M, and I’m certified in food management, CPR, first aid, and medication administration. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive—and that begins with a strong partnership between school and home.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two amazing girls: Addy (8) and Lennon (3). They’re my daily reminder of the magic of childhood and why this work is so important. I bring that same energy into the school—I’m loud, fun, and always ready to jump into a circle time or sing a silly song. What I love most about working with children is that no two days are ever the same. Every day brings a new adventure, a new discovery, and a new opportunity to see the world through their eyes.
One of my favorite quotes sums it up perfectly: “Children see magic because they look for it.” – Christopher Moore
