Magdalena (Maggie) began her journey in early childhood education as a Preschool teacher at a Montessori school in the North Shore area. Originally from Poland and New York, she relocated to Glencoe in 2019 with her family. Although much of her professional journey took place in Real Estate, Banking, and Finance, her true passion has always centered around children, helping them grow, learn, and become kind, confident humans. Believing that anything can be accomplished with patience and compassion, Maggie felt called to return to the field that inspired her most.
When the opportunity to partner with Celebree School arose, she instantly knew it was the right path. Her dedication to nurturing young minds, combined with her innovative and relationship-focused approach, quickly earned the admiration of families, teachers, and directors alike.
Today, Maggie proudly leads Celebree’s first school in Illinois, driven by her vision of creating a warm, high-quality early childhood environment where every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
Outside of Celebree, Maggie remains active in her community. She volunteers with PAWS Chicago, the Glencoe Library, the Sustainability Task Force, and serves on several development boards. Her strong ties throughout the North Shore reflect her commitment to giving back and connecting with local families.
Most importantly, Maggie is a mom to her daughter, now in her second year at the University of Vermont, her greatest joy and inspiration, and the heart behind everything she does.
