Magdalena (Maggie) began her journey in early childhood education as a Preschool teacher at a Montessori school in the North Shore area. Originally from Poland and New York, she relocated to Glencoe in 2019. Though much of her career was spent in Real Estate, Banking, and Finance, Maggie felt a deep passion for early childhood education. This led her to make a bold career shift to teaching—a decision she knew was the right one.
Transitioning from Finance to Education wasn’t easy, but Maggie was confident this was her true calling. When the opportunity to partner with Celebree came along, she knew it was the perfect fit. Maggie’s dedication and unique approach to childcare and education have consistently earned her positive feedback from parents, teachers, and directors alike.
Now, Maggie is bringing that same drive and passion to operating the very first Celebree School in Illinois, where she’s determined to make her dream of running a successful early childhood education center a reality.
Outside of her work with Celebree, Maggie is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers with PAWS Chicago, the Glencoe Library, the Sustainability Task Force, and New Trier High School, and serves on several Development Boards. Her active participation in local North Shore events and celebrations has helped her build a strong network of residents and parents.
Despite her busy schedule, Maggie always makes time to support her daughter as she prepares for life after high school.
