I have been with Celebree Schools since November 2007 and hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am qualified to serve as a Director and teach children of all ages. Additionally, I hold certifications in First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Emergency Preparedness.
I chose to work with children because I love witnessing their growth and learning journeys. A little-known fact about me is that I have three children of my own, and all of them attended Celebree School throughout their preschool years.
I am committed to ensuring an exceptional experience for both parents and children at my school every day.
I have been part of the Celebree School family since July 2012 and bring more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, including 13 years with Celebree. My journey began with a love for watching children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Over the years, that same passion has expanded to include supporting, coaching, and mentoring educators as they build rewarding careers in Early Childhood Education.
I chose to join Celebree School after consistently hearing about its strong culture and commitment to providing high-quality education, and it has been one of the best decisions of my professional career. I began as an Assistant Director, advanced to a School Director role, and recently a District Director. While I valued the opportunity to support multiple schools, I realized that being a School Director is where my passion truly lies, leading me to return to the role I enjoy most.
As a School Director, my focus is on helping both children and team members grow and thrive. I am passionate about developing strong teams, sharing my knowledge and experience, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
I began my journey with Celebree School as an Aide and have had the opportunity to grow through several roles, including Summer Camp Teacher, Van Driver, Infant Teacher, Acting Operations Support Manager, and Acting Assistant Director. Each position has helped me develop new skills and deepen my understanding of early childhood education while preparing me for leadership opportunities.
My passion for childcare comes from watching children grow and develop every day. I love seeing their personalities emerge, celebrating milestones, and helping them learn new skills especially those exciting moments when they begin to communicate and express themselves. Being part of their early learning journey is incredibly rewarding.
I chose to join Celebree School because of its values and the strong sense of family within the organization. From the beginning, I felt supported by a team that truly cares about children, families, and one another.
As an Assistant Director, my goal is to be the best leader I can be for my school, create positive and memorable experiences for our families, and continue growing professionally. In the future, I hope to step into a Director role and continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, and educators.
A few fun facts about me: I am a proud parent of two children, and I enjoy photography in my free time. Capturing special moments through photos is one of my favorite hobbies!
