Ran and Meera bring a unique blend of passion, experience, and commitment to Celebree School of Leander at Bryson. They have been proud residents of the Austin area since 2017, deeply rooted in the local community along with their three daughters Anya, Aria, and Ayla. Their mission has always been to offer outstanding childcare services to the children in their community. Through their partnership with Celebree, they have created an exceptional experience for parents, teachers, and children like no other.
Meera boasts a rich history of community involvement and a deep connection to education. She has been ingrained with a strong sense of collective spirit from a young age. Embracing motherhood has further shaped her understanding of the crucial elements necessary for every child’s development, shaping their character and laying the foundation for their future. Her career has been characterized by her leadership and operational expertise. She is a licensed pharmacist and a former operations manager at a large retail pharmacy chain. Meera is committed to being actively involved in all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring each child receives the attention and care they deserve.
Ran is a passionate, giving, and visionary leader. His early years, which included living in four different countries, provided him with a range of experiences and insights, enriching his perspectives. This allowed him to build a diverse and vast network of friends deeply embedded in the community. With a bachelor’s degree from Canada and Hong Kong, and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Ran built high-performing teams with a shared vision. He spent most of his career in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, excelling in business operations, development, and integration.
Together, Meera and Ran are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child at Celebree School of Leander at Bryson. Their combined experiences in leadership, community involvement, and dedication ensure that every child will thrive under their care.
I have been passionate about early childhood education since I began working in childcare at 18 years old. I stepped into a leadership role as a director, where I discovered my love for guiding both children and educators to reach their full potential. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University, which has helped shape my approach to creating high-quality learning environments.
I love being a wife and mother of three sons. As a mother, I chose to work in childcare because I truly believe the early years are the most important in shaping a child’s confidence, emotional well-being, and love for learning. Being part of that foundation is both a privilege and a responsibility I take to heart every day.
I chose Celebree School because of its strong commitment to nurturing the whole child through a compassionate, relationship-based approach that aligns with my own values as an educator and leader. The focus on community, family partnerships, and social-emotional growth makes it a place where both children and staff can thrive.
As the Director of Celebree School of Leander at Bryson, my goal is to build a supportive, welcoming environment where families feel connected, children feel safe and inspired, and teachers feel empowered. I am dedicated to creating a school culture rooted in trust, growth, and excellence. A culture where we grow people BIG and small.
