My passion for working with children began at the age of 13 when I started volunteering with youth programs in my community. As I grew older, I continued building experience through a variety of childcare and educational roles, including running summer camp programs for Montgomery County Public Schools, interning in public school classrooms, and spending several years as a nanny.
I have dedicated the last 12 years to growing my career with Celebree School, beginning as a Pre-K teacher and progressing through leadership roles including Assistant Director, School Director, and now District Director. Throughout my journey, I have remained committed to supporting children, families, and educators while fostering high-quality early childhood education programs.
I earned my Associate’s Degree from Frederick Community College in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor’s Degree from Frostburg State University. Over the years, I have been honored to lead award-winning schools, support the professional growth of countless educators, and help create environments where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What Inspires My Passion for Early Childhood Education
What inspires me most about early childhood education is the incredible opportunity we have to shape a child’s future during their most formative years. The relationships built between children, families, and educators create a foundation that extends far beyond the classroom. Watching children gain confidence, discover their strengths, and develop a lifelong love of learning is one of the most rewarding aspects of this work.

From my very first day, I felt connected to the organization’s focus on nurturing not only children but also families and team members. Goals and Focus in My Current Role
As District Director, my focus is on developing strong leaders, building high-performing teams, and ensuring every school provides exceptional experiences for children and families. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring school leaders, creating consistency across our schools, and helping each location reach its fullest potential. Ultimately, my goal is to support environments where children, families, and educators can all succeed.
Fun Facts
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, baking, crafting, and spending time with my husband and our three children. Creativity has always been an important part of my life, and I love making handmade items in my spare time. As a proud IVF mom to twins, I have a deep appreciation for the many unique journeys families take. One of my favorite parts of my career is building meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members, many of whom have become lifelong friends.
Hello, I’m Paige!
I am the School Director at the Celebree School of Frederick. I’ve been a part of the Celebree School Family since 2016. I was the Lead Teacher in Infant B for over 7 years before being promoted to my current position. During my time in the classroom, I also held the titles of School Support Manager, Infant/Toddler Curriculum Mentor, and Assistant Direcotr. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I currently hold certifications in: First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, Breastfeeding, Developmental Screening, Basic Health & Safety, SIDS, and Including all Children and the ADA.
My passion for childcare and early childhood education has been a core piece of my values since my own childhood. Children are the foundation of the world, and I strongly believe we must focus our attention on assisting their growth and development to set them up for success as they ultimately develop into independent members of our society.
I chose to work at Celebree School because of the support that is provided for both the parents, and the staff is totally unmatched. My promise is to provide an exceptional parent and child experience in my school every day!
