About Our Child Learning Center in Ellicott City

As one of the top child learning centers in the local area, Celebree School^® of Ellicott City has a history we’re proud of. While we’re locally owned and operated, we’re also a part of the larger Celebree School family. It was established in 1994 by Richard Huffman and has since grown to include many locations across Maryland and Delaware. As we have evolved, we’ve always remained focused on one singular mission: to protect, educate, and nurture every child who walks through our doors.

At Celebree School of Ellicott City, we’re more than just a learning center, but a village filled with children, educators, and parents who are devoted to cultivating the best early childhood education environment possible.
