I have an A.A. in Early Childhood Education. I hold my certifications in Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, School Age and Director Qualifications. I have my Administration Admin Certificate. First Aid and CPR. I have been working with children for over 10 years now. I started at Celebree School as an Assistant Director, worked my way into the Director role and now serve as a District Director for Anne Arundel County, PG County and Delaware Schools.
Being able to see the progress a child makes from the moment they start to the moment they leave inspires my passion for childcare. It shows me that I truly made a difference in each child’s life that walked through the doors.
I chose to join Celebree School for the growth opportunity. I was working at The Goddard School prior to joining Celebree and had no opportunity for growth. I then saw Celebree School’s Grow People Big mission and went with it. I haven’t turned back since.
My goal and focus in my current role as a D.D. is to ensure all our schools support the Celebree Mission and to have Celebree be a leader in early childhood education.
Some fun facts about me are that I have a twin sister, I was born on Christmas eve, I love to hunt and fish, and I’m a mom to one little boy. On the weekends, and in my free time, you can always find me down the eastern shore at our family farm.
Hello! I am Ms. Faith, the Assistant Director at Celebree School of Crofton. I bring over four years of experience in childcare, along with a degree in Elementary Education from Towson University. After graduating, I worked with Baltimore City Schools as both a classroom teacher and an instructional leader, supporting students, teachers, and school communities in creating meaningful learning experiences.
My passion for early childhood education comes from a deep belief that the early years set the foundation for a child’s lifelong success. I chose to join Celebree School because of its strong commitment to nurturing all children and empowering educators to grow as leaders.
In my current role as Assistant Director, my focus is on supporting staff, maintaining high-quality educational practices, and creating a warm, engaging environment where children and families feel valued. Outside of work, I run marathons, play tennis, and go to baseball games.
