Our daily sheets are one of the most crucial ways we remain in touch. These updates give parents an overall view of their child’s day and consist of:
- A curriculum-based photo
- Nap updates
- Potty information
- Meal and snack details
- Important reminders
However, Daily Sheets are not just checklists, but a shared conversation between teachers and families. Through these daily touchpoints, we celebrate milestones, discuss developmental progress, and address changes in your child’s routine or behavior in real time.

While parent-teacher conferences take place throughout the year, daily updates allow us to address concerns or changes promptly rather than waiting to discuss them at scheduled meetings.
Weekly School-Wide Updates
We utilize our Tadpoles system daily to provide families with not only classroom updates, but also important school-wide information.
In addition to daily reports from your child’s teacher, we use Tadpoles to keep families informed about upcoming events, celebrations, curriculum highlights, and important reminders happening beyond your child’s individual classroom.

Finally, our School Family Committee (SFC) meets monthly to give families an active role in shaping our school experience. Just like a PTA, this committee creates a space where families and school leadership come together and collaborate.
