I am a dedicated early childhood education leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating high-quality learning environments for young children. I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development, providing a strong foundation for my passion for early childhood leadership.
My career with Celebree Schools began in 2011 as a classroom teacher at the Ellicott City school. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I advanced into a Mentor Teacher role at the Carney school before being promoted to Assistant Director and later Director, leading both the Eldersburg and Hampstead schools.
I am a true example of Celebree’s Grow BIG initiative. My dedication to personal and professional development led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for Celebree Schools in 2024, where I partnered with schools to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Most recently, I was promoted to District Director for the Green District, where I continue to support school leaders and teams in achieving excellence.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Special Education and multiple certifications within the early childhood education field. I’ve been working in childcare for over 20 years, starting at a young age by assisting my grandmother and her sister with the daily operations of their home childcare centers and later working alongside my sister.
Over the years, I have obtained my 90-hour ECE certificate in Preschool, along with my 45-hour ECE certificates in Infant/Toddler, School Age, and Coaching & Mentoring. I also hold certifications in Medication Administration; Asthma, Allergy & Anaphylaxis Prevention; Emergency Preparedness; and so much more.
I’m always striving to better myself and expand my understanding of the world around me so I can better prepare and support the children I teach. I can only imagine the other certifications and knowledge I will gain along the way!
Growing up around children helped shape my passion for early childhood education. That passion comes from witnessing the success of children and seeing the impact that quality care, support, and education can have on their lives.
Choosing Celebree was easy because it allowed me to work alongside family, spend more time with my sister, and learn from her additional years of experience. Continuing my journey with Celebree has allowed me to grow from a Teacher Assistant to an Assistant Director. Being able to teach, mentor, and emotionally support not only the students in my classroom, but also the teachers and families around me, has given me a confidence that only working in childcare can bring.
As I continue navigating my role as Assistant Director, I hope to uplift families by reminding them that their Celebree family is always within arm’s reach to support them and their children. I also hope to inspire our staff to continue pursuing their higher education goals and help them become the teachers they aspire to be.
