Shruti and Gaurav are a husband-and-wife team driven by purpose, passion, a shared entrepreneurial spirit.
With nearly 40 years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience – and backgrounds as engineers and MBAs, they both bring strong leadership, effective communication with integrity and heart to everything they do. Gaurav has spent over 20 years in the oil and gas industry as a key expert in driving digital innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies that support safe and efficient operations. For last 20 years, Shruti has worked across multiple industries, including oil and gas, and brings strong marketing and communication strategy expertise to every venture she takes on.
Together, they are committed to building ventures that create meaningful impact while staying closely connected to the communities they serve.
As parents of two young kids, they understand the importance of creating nurturing spaces where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow — a vision that guides their work every day.
Originally from Lima Peru, Martha has lived in The Woodlands, TX for over 25 years, where she raised two successful college-age children.
With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Martha is a seasoned and passionate Preschool Director dedicated to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
Martha is a Conscious Discipline expert who blends her preschool teaching experience with her background as a certified Art Therapist Practitioner, integrating creative, play-based approaches to support children’s emotional and developmental growth. She has also completed several behavior management courses.
In addition to her Director and Administration Certification in Early Childhood Education, Martha brings 12 years of senior leadership experience in international business, along with certifications in behavior management and curriculum development, enhancing her ability to lead and manage a dynamic school community.
Known for her compassionate leadership, strong relationships with families, and dedication to teacher development, Martha fosters a culture of growth, creativity, and respect where every child is empowered to thrive.
