Moonhee Doan brings both experience and heart to the Celebree School community. She has served as an Assistant Principal for Pre-K through 6th grade and worked as a Gifted Education Specialist, always focused on helping children learn in ways that fit their unique strengths. She is currently earning her PhD in Educational Leadership, where she studies how to make gifted education more inclusive and meaningful. She is also a children’s book author who loves creating stories that support children’s academic and social-emotional growth.
As both a mom and a school leader, Moonhee believes that schools are the center of a community, a place where families come together and every child feels seen and supported. Celebree School of Stafford embraces this partnership with parents, working together to protect, guide, and nurture each child. This is what builds a strong, connected, and thriving community.
Nam Doan’s journey—from immigrating to the United States from Vietnam in 1992 to becoming a Network Security Engineer with a Master’s in Applied IT—is a testament to his belief in the transformative power of education. Having called Virginia home for over three decades, Nam has seen how access to quality education can shape the futures of generations.
As a father of two, Nam recognizes preschool as a foundational investment in a child’s future. His mission extends beyond delivering a curriculum—he is committed to creating a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
When he’s not working, Nam enjoys biking, restoring old cars, and spending quality time with his family.
Corinne is a seasoned early education professional with over 10 years of directorship experience and 25 years in the classroom. Her career demonstrates a deep commitment to enhancing educational practices and fostering supportive classrooms that inspire a love for learning.
As both an expert in early childhood education and a dedicated mom of three, Corinne brings a rich, practical perspective to her work. At Celebree School of Stafford, she is committed to our mission to “grow people big and small,” striving to empower her teachers to deliver exceptional experiences for our families and make a lasting impact on the lives of children.
Tamar Cooper’s dedication to early childhood education stems from observing her mother’s love for children as a child, a deep-seated belief in the importance of a strong start, and lifelong love for working with children. With 20 years of experience in the field, she has cultivated a passion for fostering positive child and building strong connections with families. She was particularly drawn to Celebree School of Stafford because their dedication to growing the career path of their staff members, of its commitment to nurturing the whole child, and its supportive community atmosphere. Tamar’s educational philosophy centers on recognizing and celebrating each child’s unique strengths, promoting social-emotional growth through positive interactions. She believes that the early years are foundational and is dedicated to creating an environment where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning.
