The old saying is true. When it comes to real estate, nothing is more important than location. I started Celebree School in 1994 and today, all 26 corporately-owned schools in Maryland and Delaware remain open in their original locations. My team and I know the ins and outs of real estate selection and lend our expertise to each of our franchisees.
We understand that opening a Celebree School takes hard work and dedication. That’s why we go to any length to help support our franchisees and that means being heavily involved in the real estate process. This includes everything from lining up the right resources to securing locations using analytic technology that determines demographics in advance. We will accompany you on site visits, explain how we identify what makes for a “right site”, as well as help oversee real estate negotiations.
Our involvement helps keep franchisees from spending an unnecessary amount of time or expenses securing a site. I’ve personally see entrepreneurs struggle with opening their business after not securing the right location. This is a pitfall my team is here to help you avoid. I personally visit and approve each site before the lease is signed, because your success is Celebree School’s success.
First time franchisee Britt McKenzie recently told us that he didn’t know what to look for when it came to finding the ideal location for his Celebree School. “This is really where the Celebree team helped me the most,” he said. “The team spent countless hours with me. With all the support they gave me, it was clear they have franchisees’ best interest in mind.”
It’s critically important to me that our franchisees feel an overwhelming sense of support. Helping them navigate the real estate process helps accelerate their path to success.
