Exceptional Communication, Every Day
At Celebree School of Owings Mills, consistent communication is something we truly pride ourselves on. We believe strong parent partnerships are the foundation of a successful early learning experience.
Each day, families can expect multiple touchpoints with their child’s teacher.
One of our core commitments is creating exceptional Parent Child Teacher Experiences (PCTE). A key part of that commitment is our Daily Sheets.
Daily Sheets: A Window Into Your Child’s Day
Every day, Celebree School of Owings Mills provides at least one curriculum-based photo highlighting your child’s learning. Along with that picture, Daily Sheets include:
- Nap details (if applicable)
- Potty updates
- Meals and snacks
- Important reminders (such as diaper needs, a blanket for nap time, etc.)
These sheets serve as a central communication tool between home and school. Furthermore, they create space to discuss milestones, behavioral changes, and your child’s developmental progress.
We believe updates like these should not be reserved only for parent conferences, but shared and discussed every single day with you.
While we host formal parent-teacher conferences twice per year, Daily Sheets allow us to connect continuously for the benefit of your child.
In other words, meaningful conversations don’t wait for scheduled meetings, they happen daily.
This Week @ OM
Beyond daily communication, families also receive “This Week @ OM” through Tadpoles. Specifically, this weekly message provides a broader look at what’s happening in terms of school-wide events, celebrations, reminders, and updates that extend beyond the classroom.
It’s one more way we strengthen our school culture and ensure families feel informed and included.
Connecting Through Social Media
Additionally, we love connecting with families through Facebook and Instagram. On social media, you’ll see:
- Classroom moments
- Curriculum in action
- School events
- Community highlights
Through these platforms, families can witness learning in real time and celebrate milestones alongside us.
Be sure to follow Celebree School of Owings Mills to stay connected!
School Family Committee (SFC)
Finally, we connect monthly through our School Family Committee (SFC). Similar to a PTA, this group meets the second Wednesday of each month from 5:45–6:15 PM for the 2025-2026 school year.
The SFC creates a partnership with families to:
- Discuss school priorities
- Share ideas for improvement
- Strengthen our school community
At Celebree School of Owings Mills, communication isn’t occasional, it’s intentional.
