Available for those from kindergarten through fifth grade, we give children a place to land before or after school ends, one that’s safe and educational. It also provides unique advantages, like help with homework, exciting and enriching projects and activities, and time to relax with friends. Meanwhile, you will have peace of mind that your child is safe and secure in our caring hands. 

About Our Before and After School Programs in Bowie

These programs are designed with busy families in mind. You can drop your child off as early as 6 am and rest assured they will be given a nutritious snack and have a warm, inviting place to do homework, play with friends, or simply sit and quietly read.

We will take care of transporting them, at no cost, to school and then back to our center once the day is over. When they arrive, we’ll fuel them up with another nutritious snack, and then let them choose how they want to spend their time. Last call for pick up is 6:30 pm. 

In the meantime, they can do homework, hang out with their friends outside, or take advantage of one of our unique Hot Spots:

• Putting their culinary skills to use in our kitchen with experiments and a cookbook collaboration in the Celebree Café.
• Going behind the scenes to the business side of things by publishing and selling the cookbook through Corporation Celebree.
• Hitting the stage and creating either costumes or sets for one of our productions through the Studio of Design and Creative Encounters Hot Spots.
• Digging up the latest scoop and reporting the news in the WCLC Newsroom.
• Getting their homework done and even having access to teachers for help in our Study Hall.
• Having fun with friends by playing games and relaxing in the Celebree Game Room.
