Tim and Christine Barger are the husband-and-wife team behind Charlotte’s newest early childhood learning centers, created from their shared passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families in their earliest, and most important, years. As parents of three children, Tim and Christine understand firsthand the profound impact that a safe, caring, and enriching environment has on a child’s growth. Their goal is to build centers where children feel loved, supported, and inspired to explore their full potential.
Tim brings a strong background in business leadership, operations, and strategic development. His experience successfully managing teams and scaling organizations gives the centers a solid foundation built on structure, quality, and long-term vision. Christine complements this with her own experience in business management, customer relations, and community engagement. Her warm, people-focused approach helps create the welcoming, family-centered atmosphere that defines each center.
Together, Tim and Christine combine professional expertise with a genuine heart. Their mission is to create exceptional learning environments that honor every child’s individuality while helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. They are committed to partnering with families, supporting dedicated educators, and contributing positively to the Charlotte community.
