Meet Jyoti and Rajesh Solanki, a dedicated duo committed to fostering high-quality education, compassionate leadership, and meaningful community engagement. With extensive experience in their respective fields, they strive to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where children can flourish.
Jyoti holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Delhi University (India) and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, she has worked in various capacities, including kindergarten teacher, assistant director, and education director. Her expertise spans working with children aged two to ten, fostering both their emotional and cognitive development. As a director, Jyoti has demonstrated strong leadership and operational acumen, mentoring educators, enhancing professional growth, and ensuring the highest standards of classroom education. Her passion lies in cultivating enriching learning spaces that support children’s academic and emotional well-being, laying the foundation for their future success.
Rajesh brings extensive professional experience in business leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (India) and an MBA from Georgia State University. Over the past two decades, he has excelled as a sales director, showcasing a proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management. His expertise in business development and organizational growth has been instrumental in his professional achievements.
In 2001, Jyoti and Rajesh moved to the United States with their daughter, Ayushi, in pursuit of new opportunities. Over the years, they have built a fulfilling life in the suburbs of Atlanta, blending their Indian heritage with American culture. While Rajesh has established a successful career in sales leadership, Jyoti has remained devoted to early childhood education. Together, they have created a warm and supportive home for their children, Ayushi and Arnav, along with their beloved dog, Bozzo.
Their journey reflects a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, shaping both their family and the communities they serve.
