Myths and legends summer camp 2019

Each summer, Celebree Schools embraces a themed, learning-focused summer camp program. Your child will have a season packed full of fun activities that impart knowledge while embracing the joy of summer!

Here’s a snapshot of Celebree’s 2019 Summer Camp created especially for children ages 6 – 12.

Explore Myths & Legends

Our 2019 Summer Camp will be another wonderful experience where children will learn, while being active and having fun! During Summer Camp, we use themed lessons, activities, and field trips that help to reinforce the theme for the summer. This summer we will Explore Myths & Legends!

Children will have an opportunity to explore multicultural myths and legends through the following weekly themes:

  • Native American Folklore
  • Unicorns & Dragons
  • Superheroes
  • Pirates & Mermaids
  • Myth Busters
  • Making Magic
  • Fairytales
  • Spy Week
  • Legendary Athletes
  • Greek Mythology
  • Among many other fun and enriching topics!

Continuing for 2019, Celebree Summer Camp will not require any additional activity fees!

Summer Camp Program Details:

What is the Celebree Summer Camp program?

It is available for children ages 6 to 12, or younger children who have completed a full year kindergarten program. All camps participate in activities related to the weekly theme. All summer camp attendees also have the opportunity to go swimming twice a week and attend one off-site field trip per week.

Is there a program for younger children?

Yes! Celebree offers Summer Camp activities for children ages 2 to 5 as well. Children in these age groups will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on themed lessons, onsite field trips and fun summer projects.

Which Schools offer Summer Camp?

Summer Camp programs are available at all Celebree Schools, with the exception of the Annapolis center. Families who would normally attend the Annapolis center may register for programs located in Crofton and Severna Park.

When does Summer Camp run?

Our Summer Camp typically runs from mid-June through the end of August.
