Every year, we gather all of our franchise owners of the Celebree School network together to learn, connect, and grow at our Grow Big Conference. Celebree School at Crystal Falls is honored to share that our owner, Viviane Skok, was nominated for this year’s Community Difference Maker Award. This award recognizes owners who extend their passion beyond their school, making a meaningful impact within their local community. Hear from Viviane about what this award means to her.
Why is community involvement important to you as a franchise owner?
As local parents with our own children enrolled at our school, we are personally invested in providing the high-quality education our community deserves. We see our school as more than a business; it is a way to give back to the neighborhood where we live and raise our family.
Can you share a meaningful partnership or initiative that made an impact on families in your area?
We proudly sponsor elementary schools in our area to support local teachers and students. We also actively partner with the Leander Chamber of Commerce by sponsoring major events like the local Christmas festival. These efforts help build a strong, supportive network that benefits all families in our community.
How do you create a sense of belonging for both your enrolled families and the broader community?
We foster a “school family” environment where every parent feels heard and every child, including our own, feels a deep sense of security and care. By hosting inclusive events and maintaining an open-door policy, we ensure our school serves as a welcoming hub for our families and neighbors alike.
