Your School Director: Tracey L. Clay

Hi, I’m Tracey Clay, School Director at Celebree School of Germantown, and I’m proud to have been with Celebree since 2019. I chose to pursue a career in early education because I love being able to make a difference in young lives and teach my students core skills and values that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

I’m proud to have devoted my life to early childhood education, having been in the field for over 35 years now. I have a Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University and am currently working toward my Masters in Early Childhood Education. I recently stepped down from my term as Co-President of the Maryland Association for the Education of Young Children (MDAEYC) after being President for the Montgomery County Chapter for 3 years. In addition to molding young minds, I am also passionate about coaching the next generation of early educators. I have been Adjunct Instructor for early childhood at Montgomery College since 2009, and I’m dedicated to supporting my staff here at Celebree, helping them see and actualize their potential and supporting their growth with Celebree in any way I can. I’m blessed to have raised two beautiful children of my own along this journey and a recently became a grandma! Welcome to Celebree School of Germantown.
