Meet the Director

Tracey L. Clay

I was welcomed into the Celebree in Germantown on June 3, 2019. I have over 35 years of experience in early childhood (provider for 23 years, center staff for 3 years, Montgomery County Public School for 5 years as a Paraeducator and accepted the opportunity as a Licensing Specialist for MSDE Office of Child Care For 12 years). During that time I accepted a position as Adjunct Instructor for Early Childhood at Montgomery College since 2009 to present. I recently stepped down from a two year term as Co-President of MDAEYC of NAEYC and was President for the Montgomery County Chapter for 3 years. I graduated from Ashford University and currently seeking my masters in ECE. I was blessed to have raised two children of my own along this journey.
