At Celebree School Franklin\u2013Cool Springs, we didn\u2019t build this school simply to open another business. Chris and I set out to create something meaningful for families, children, and educators in our own community.<\/p>\n
That philosophy influences decisions big and small every single day.<\/p>\n
When our school closed during the winter ice storm, we still paid our staff. Not because we had to, but because it felt like the right thing to do. I wanted our team to feel cared for and secure, even during an unexpected closure.<\/p>\n
We also believe early childhood educators deserve to be invested in professionally, not just appreciated during Teacher Appreciation Week.<\/p>\n

Many of our teachers are mothers themselves, and we want high-quality early education to feel accessible for the people caring for children every day.<\/p>\n
Our teachers are building careers, not just filling shifts. And when teachers feel supported, children feel it too.<\/p>\n
Parents sometimes ask what owning a preschool really looks like behind the scenes. The truth is, like many small business owners, we continue reinvesting into the school \u2014 our classrooms, our staff, our programs, and our environment. Every decision we make is centered around building a school we\u2019re proud to send our own children into.<\/p>\n
Of course, we hope this business is successful. Sustainability matters. Growth matters.<\/p>\n
But success to us looks like:<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, what makes a school special isn\u2019t just what\u2019s written in a brochure \u2014 it\u2019s the heart behind the decisions being made every day inside the building. I hope families can feel that the moment they walk through our doors.<\/p>\n
