The Parent-Teacher-Child Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

What is the most important part of a school?\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>Is it the\u00a0building\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0housed in? Are the activities\u00a0written\u00a0on the\u00a0calendar?\u00a0The\u00a0number of extracurriculars offered?\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>Or is our answer the experience?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A school can boast to offer every extra-curricular activity, but if the school administrators\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0remember your name, is that enough? A school can show off the most exciting toys in early childhood learning, but if the staff isn\u2019t willing to use them to teach, does it matter?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Creating a positive school\u00a0environment requires intentionality and\u00a0a commitment\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>every<\/span><\/i>\u00a0aspect\u00a0of the school.\u00a0We\u2019ll\u00a0be discussing the\u00a0different ways\u00a0that we work with our parents, our teachers, and our children to make sure every day is the best it can be.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Parent\u00a0Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

We strive to be part of each family\u2019s village. While we\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0make every day perfect-and we\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0love your child the way you do-we want parents to know that while their child is in our care, they are loved, respected, and valued.\u00a0We\u00a0know that parenting\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0come with a handbook, but we come with experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Our\u00a0administrative team is present from the moment our doors open until they close, allowing us to address questions and concerns as they arise.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our teachers create that exceptional parent experience\u00a0through\u00a0consistency\u00a0and communication.\u00a0Intentional lesson plans are prepared and shared daily through our communication app, along with photos of children engaging in activities throughout the day, so that they can see\u00a0that we are delivering on the experience we have promised.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Child\u00a0Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

At\u00a0Celebree, we know we\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0fix every boo-boo or undo every playground disagreement, but\u00a0we can strive to make each day the best it can be.\u00a0Whether\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0teaching children a new skill or helping them navigate a new social situation, we want to create an experience where children feel safe to explore\u00a0and grow.\u00a0Learning is\u00a0hard work! It needs to be mixed with fun and something that children\u00a0approach\u00a0with excitement, not dread.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Creating classrooms that are fun and\u00a0safe is a way\u00a0we create\u00a0a fantastic student experience.\u00a0Consistent rituals and routines provide a sense of safety, while thoughtful lesson planning keeps learning engaging. Teachers introduce new experiences to the classroom each week, providing students with\u00a0a variety of opportunities to engage. We expose them to\u00a0new ideas, and whether\u00a0it’s\u00a0working together to create a word cloud or practicing their sitting up in front of a mirror, each child\u00a0is presented with challenges. We also teach them how to meet those challenges, how to communicate with their peers, and\u00a0ultimately how\u00a0to be thriving members of society.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Teacher\u00a0Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

None of this would be possible without our teachers. They are the\u00a0backbone\u00a0of the school. Creating an exceptional experience for our teachers is one of our personal passions.\u00a0We provide in-depth training on\u00a0Celebree\u2019s\u00a0standards before they ever step foot in a classroom, and we allow them opportunities to\u00a0observe\u00a0our school from day one.\u00a0We take time to get to know our staff,\u00a0right down to their favorite things,\u00a0and use that knowledge to show appreciation in meaningful ways.\u00a0We also support them. Whether\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0lending a hand during a tricky transition, providing ideas when a lesson plan is missing that spark, or\u00a0coaching them through a classroom strategy, our admin team values being a part of their support system.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our school is also passionate about keeping the best.\u00a0We create pathways which allow support staff to continue to\u00a0grow in their\u00a0career, gaining training and experience to one day become teachers or even a member of the administrative team.\u00a0We provide\u00a0additional\u00a0training on\u00a0numerous\u00a0topics to allow our teachers to expand their skills.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Authenticity is everything. We believe the best thing we can be for our families is the same school you experienced during your tour.\u00a0Not every day will be\u00a0perfect, and not everything will be smooth, because life rarely is. But we promise to\u00a0meet\u00a0our parents with transparency, our students with passion, and our teachers with\u00a0unwavering\u00a0support.
