Individual Growth Plans
Classroom Observations
Completed quarterly, this tool is utilized to ensure licensing regulations are maintained, classroom appearance and arrangement meets expectation, classroom management is evident, and verbal and written communication is in line with our mission and values.
Continuing Education Credits
Continuing Education Units are necessary to maintain Lead Teacher qualifications. Child Care Administration requires 12 C.E.U. credits annually for Lead Teachers. Celebree School offers the opportunity to obtain these credits free of charge through a partnership with Smart Horizons.
Annual Teacher Professional Development Day
One full day of professional development, enrichment, and FUN.
Annual Performance Review
Summary of on-going feedback and opportunity for merit increases. Team member reviews are completed by School Directors annually on the team member’s anniversary date.

When I requested a tour, Samantha, the Assistant Director, even came in outside of business hours to accommodate me (completely my fault, I didn’t realize they weren’t doing tours while they were still closed due to finalizing construction!). When it came time to enroll our child, Stacia, the Director, made sure we felt completely comfortable and had every question answered. And just recently, Karen, the owner, went out of her way to purchase a sleep sack for our little one because I had accidentally forgotten to pack one for the week. That level of care and thoughtfulness is truly rare and it means so much to us as parents. The three of them have become such an important part of our village. Every single day at drop-off and pick-up, we’re greeted with warm, welcoming smiles that instantly make you feel at home. They’re approachable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the families they serve, which is HUGE! I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting all of the teachers, and they are simply wonderful caring, patient, and full of positive energy. Each one brings experience and heart to what they do. At our Meet the Teacher Day, my child took her very first three steps right there in the classroom, as if to tell me, “Look, Mommy! I’m going to grow here!” My heart completely melted. On her very first day, instead of reaching up for me at pickup like she used to, she grabbed my hands and proudly showed me everything she had played with. In just one week, I’ve seen such incredible growth, from waving hello to speaking more often! This is something we hadn’t seen at her previous daycare. Celebree Estero has truly filled my heart with comfort and peace. Knowing my child is safe, happy, and thriving means the world to me.
