About Our Toddler Day Care Program in Elkridge

Your little one is on the go all the time. It’s why they need an environment that can keep up. With the toddler day care at Celebree School of Elkridge, we offer a hands-on, fun-filled place for your child to shine. We’ll ignite their curiosity, invite them to make new discoveries, and offer plenty of time for laughing, singing, and free play.

This all happens in a safe setting. It’s secured by state-of-the-art technology and highly trained early childhood educators. We even offer a personal cubby to your child to store belongings, as well as a cot for resting, so they have a space to call their own.

Some of the other ways this program is unique include:

  • An Approach that Combines Learning with Playing. We believe children learn best when they’re playing and having fun. It’s why our instruction combines education with play to offer developmentally-appropriate, meaningful experiences in areas like math, science and literacy. We also offer activities, like Circle Time, where your child will learn about the weather and the days of the week through singing and finger plays.
  • A Team You Can Trust. Our team of trained teachers is committed to early childhood education and dedicated to personalizing their approach to your child’s needs. They’re also nurturing, warm, and encouraging, so your toddler feels comfortable in their hands.
  • A Focus on Healthy Minds & Bodies. We don’t simply focus on cognitive development, but instill skills like respect, self-help, independence, healthy eating and other habits that are important for preschool and, eventually, kindergarten.
  • Putting It All Together. During their time with us, your child’s teacher will provide you with a quarterly progress report, so you can monitor your child’s growth and easily compare it across quarters. Once they turn three, we’ll begin to keep a formal sampling of their work to better monitor milestones and progress.

At this age, we know it’s all about the routine, so we take care to maintain the same rhythm as your home. Each morning, we’ll ask about how your toddler slept and when they last ate to help make the transition easier. We’ll also discuss any special instructions you have. At the end of the day, you’ll even get a Digital Daily Report. Through it, you’ll know all the details about meals, naps, diaper changes, and more.
