Namita Arora brings over 15 years of leadership, project management, and team development experience from the federal and commercial consulting industries. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and creating environments where people can learn, grow, and thrive — values that align perfectly with Celebree School’s mission.
Inspired to leave behind the routine of corporate life, Namita chose to open her own CelebreeSchool to pursue her true passion: helping children build strong foundations for lifelong success. She is committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
With her strong organizational skills, ability to adapt quickly, and deep dedication to making a difference, Namita is proud to bring Celebree’s mission to life for families in the Arcola community. As a member of the community herself, she looks forward to building lasting relationships with the children and families she serves.

As a Senior Project Coordinator and Business Analyst Ruchiee Chawla is a liaison between teams of business analysts, quality assurance engineers, project managers, and the Executive leadership. She has excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills along with good process management skills. She is responsible for ensuring the schedule, scope, and budget of the project and team tasks are organized.
Ruchiee’s mother was a Vice Principal at New Era Public School in India. After they moved to the US she has always worked in Child Care space and Ruchiee as well got a few opportunities to work with kids. She has always had an affinity towards children. Celebree Schools will fulfill her desire of owning a business that is children oriented and will help her be a part of their academic growth.
