Namita Arora brings over 15 years of leadership, project management, and team development experience from the federal and commercial consulting industries. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and creating environments where people can learn, grow, and thrive — values that align perfectly with Celebree School’s mission.
Inspired to leave behind the routine of corporate life, Namita chose to open her own CelebreeSchool to pursue her true passion: helping children build strong foundations for lifelong success. She is committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
With her strong organizational skills, ability to adapt quickly, and deep dedication to making a difference, Namita is proud to bring Celebree’s mission to life for families in the Arcola community. As a member of the community herself, she looks forward to building lasting relationships with the children and families she serves.

As a Senior Project Coordinator and Business Analyst Ruchiee Chawla is a liaison between teams of business analysts, quality assurance engineers, project managers, and the Executive leadership. She has excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills along with good process management skills. She is responsible for ensuring the schedule, scope, and budget of the project and team tasks are organized.
Ruchiee’s mother was a Vice Principal at New Era Public School in India. After they moved to the US she has always worked in Child Care space and Ruchiee as well got a few opportunities to work with kids. She has always had an affinity towards children. Celebree Schools will fulfill her desire of owning a business that is children oriented and will help her be a part of their academic growth.
Michelle Hattingh is an experienced Preschool Director with over a decade of experience in early childhood education, combining a strong background in classroom teaching, educational leadership, and program management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, as well as an Early Childhood Education diploma, which enhances her ability to lead both the academic and operational aspects of a school setting.
Prior to working as a Preschool Director, Michelle also served as Vice Principal at a private elementary school, and this experience further strengthened her leadership skills and deepened her understanding of child development across a broader age range.
Michelle is passionate about creating safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and open communication, and she is committed to supporting teachers, partnering with families, and ensuring that every child receives a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
I am honored and excited to serve as the new Assistant Director at Celebree School of Dulles at
Arcola. Having previously worked in preschool classrooms, I bring both hands-on classroom
experience and a deep understanding of early childhood education to this role. My time working
directly with young learners has strengthened my passion for creating nurturing, engaging
environments where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Education, which has provided me
with a strong foundation in child development, learning theory, and effective educational
practices. This academic background, combined with my classroom experience, allows me to
thoughtfully support both students and teachers in meaningful ways.
I am especially excited as we prepare for our new school to open this spring. It is such a special
opportunity to help build a strong foundation from the very beginning, and I am looking forward
to a fun, enriching, and memorable school year ahead. At Celebree School, our motto is “We grow
people big and small,” and I truly believe in that mission. Whether supporting our students as
they reach new milestones or encouraging our staff and families in their own growth, I am
committed to helping every member of our school community thrive. My goal is to help create a
positive, welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe and inspired, families feel connected,
and staff feel supported.
Building meaningful relationships is very important to me. I am eager to meet each of our
children and their families and to partner with parents in supporting their child’s learning
journey. I truly believe that strong school-family connections make a lasting impact on both
