Hello Cross Creek Families!
I am so excited to talk to y’all this week about our amazing teachers. It takes us a while to find the right fit for our school and that’s ok. We will do 100 interviews until the right teacher is found. Not everyone has what it takes to educate, nurture, and truly be someone that the kids can depend on.
We take our family very seriously around here and we only want the best of the best for our kids. We look for someone what has the compassion and experience. It takes someone with a big heart to do what these teachers do every day.
They are professionals in every way, and they are dedicated to doing the best job possible. They are always furthering their education by getting multiple Child Development Associate credentials (CDAs) and endless hours of training every year. We truly just want to take the time and thank and appreciate everything they do for all of our families every day.
