Tameka began her career with us as a classroom teacher, where she\u00a0immediately\u00a0distinguished herself through her enthusiasm, commitment, and genuine support\u00a0of\u00a0her colleagues. As she continued to grow, she stepped into a Cultural Mentor role, where her ability to listen, coach positively, and lead with empathy became even more\u00a0evident. Tameka was then elevated to School Support Manager, further expanding her impact across the organization by\u00a0demonstrating\u00a0a consistent commitment to excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide real-time support and coaching.\u00a0In this role, she built a high-performing team that respected her deeply as a leader.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ultimately, she\u00a0was promoted to Director, a decision that reflected her consistent, intentional actions and personal commitment to growth. Tameka\u2019s journey is a powerful example of\u00a0what\u2019s\u00a0possible when someone actively seeks feedback, embraces constructive coaching, and intentionally applies learning to grow as both a leader and a team builder. One of the most measurable outcomes is significantly lower staff turnover, which creates consistency, stability, and trust within our school community. We actively reinvest in our team through regular performance reviews and individualized growth plans.
