Michelle Gross is a professional experienced in Early Childhood Education, care, and management. She recruits and retains a high quality team of teachers and classroom assistants ensuring the highest levels of classroom educational experiences for children.
Michelle ensures all state department of education and office of child care regulations are maintained for a safe environment. It is her job to model excellence and create an exceptional experience for parents, children, and team members.
