Meet Our Team

School Director: Chelsea Raudenbush

Hi, I’m Chelsea Raudenbush, School Director at Celebree School of Bel Air. I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education administration, and I am proud to have been a part of the Celebree family since 2017. Early childhood education holds a special place in my heart because of the very real opportunity to make an impact on the next generation, a responsibility I eagerly embrace each day. The early years are pivotal for a child’s development, and it is an honor to facilitate that growth, equipping children with essential skills and values that will guide them throughout their lives. I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education administration.

Choosing a career with Celebree was an easy decision for me because of the overwhelming support and opportunities that were given to me from day one. I knew it was a place where I could “Grow Big”, and throughout the years, I have progressed from being a preschool teacher to a School Support Manager, then Assistant Director, and now proudly serving as the Director. In 2022, I was honored to receive the Celebree Rising Star Award, in recognition of my dedication and achievements. In addition to the children we serve, a primary goal of mine is to support and empower my staff in any way I can. I am committed to helping them realize their full potential and grow alongside Celebree, just as I have. I’m proud to welcome you to Celebree School of Bel Air!
