We Grow People Big and SmallTM.

Meet the Director

Rebecca Luber

Becky Luber

I have my Bachelor’s of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Towson University and have been in the field since May of 2003. I have two children of my own and enjoy spending time with them and my husband.

I am proof that we grow people big and small! I started out as an aide when I first started my Celebree journey never imagining that I would be a school director one day. Celebree has given me many opportunities for myself to grow as a professional and leader and it feels great to have that investment in me. I love that I get to work with the children and teachers and help them with their growth and development just like many of my mentors.
